What is crowdfunding?
Many companies and startups use a crowdfunding platform such as Kickstarter and Indiegogo to raise money to bring a product that the company is working on to life. Typically, when someone decides to back and support a project, a ‘reward’ or item is given in return for their investment. Each project will have a goal of a certain amount and if that goal is reached, the project creators will start to bring the project to life and deliver a finished product to the backers/supporters of the project.
Can I cancel or get a refund for my crowdfunding pledge?
We offer a 100% pledge refund guarantee - you have 7 days after the end of the campaign to receive a full refund. After 7 days, we will start placing purchase orders for the products and will not then be issuing any refunds or returns. Thank you for your understanding.
I am a backer on one of your crowdfunding campaigns, can I change my address?
We can change your shipping address as long as the product is not in the processing stage. If the product has been shipped already, we cannot change the address and it will be your responsibility to ensure that the product arrives safely. Please contact us at info@activcargo.com so we can check the status for you.
Can I add items to my pledge?
When the campaign has ended, and if funded successfully, Activcargo will send out a survey to each of our backers. The survey will allow you to provide us with your shipping details and an opportunity to add to your order.
Where do you ship?
Every country in the world (excluding current war zones).
Will international orders be charged a customs fee?
If your order total is over £20 GBP / $20 USD, you may be charged custom fees in your respective country. Customers are responsible for all Customs, VAT, Duty and Tax Fees.
Will there be other colours or sizes?
Currently the Tribal sports bag comes in one size and colour only - 46L and Stealth Black. However, if we reach our goals we will be able to bring additional colour options to the market.
What kind of sports can I use this bag for?
Football, Basketball, Rugby, Athletics, American Football, or even going to the Gym…the list is endless. Any sport which involves you storing your items somewhere when you are working out.
What if my Tribal sports bag is damaged?
The Tribal sports bagcomes with a one-year warranty. If you experience a problem with your sports bag, please send an email to info@activcargo.com and we will be happy to help you out.
Is the bag waterproof?
No. However, it does have a hidden water-resistant rain cover included so you can protect your bag from the elements.
Is the combination lock TSA verified?
Not currently. When we reach our goals we will definitely upgrade the lock to a TSA (Transportation Security Administration) verified one.
The steel cable looks a bit flimsy, how much weight can it withstand?
We have run lab tests and results show the cable can withstand 50kg of weight.
What is the difference between YKK 8RCW and a standard zipper?
YKK BRCW zippers are double layered which mean sharp objects cannot puncture through the zipper teeth. You would be able to puncture a standard single layer YKK zipper.
Is it YKK 8RCW throughout the whole bag?
No. Only the main compartment has this unique zipper so that your valuable items within the main compartment can stay protected.
Are the materials slash proof?
No. Our research has shown that when you are out doing sports the likelihood of there being someone with tools available to slash open your bag is quite low, you are much more likely to be a victim of an opportunistic theft situation.
